You probably do not know this,
		     But it rained outside today.
		   And as it fell I thought of you,
			  So very far away.
	       I thought of words I would try to write
		       To tell you how I feel,
		  But they just come out so jumbled,
		       And often sound unreal.
		       I know it would be easier
		      If I could have you here.
		   If I could look into your eyes
		       And hold you very near,
		I would tell you what is in my heart,
		   All our secrets we would share.
	   I would give you the smile I save just for you,
		     The one that says, "I care."
	       And in between the raindrops as I search
			  To find you there,
		   Maybe next time I will find you,
		   And you will now how much I care
